The task was to transform the existing Argos into a new Marks & Spencer. Ashley Groundworks were awarded the works for concrete repair foundation and external reworks.
Ashley Groundworks package included:
- Cutting out areas of damaged concrete
- Reinstalling concrete
- Removing damaged kerbs and relaying them
- Repairs to tarmac paths
- Excavation of the foundation for first floor plant room
- Concrete parking bay installation
- Laying the concrete deck and installing a hollow rib floor
