We are working with Custom Solar, a Mitie Company, on the construction of three solar power generating car parks. After winning the project through tender, we have been on-site with this project since October 2023, with an anticipated completion date of June 2024.
Once the canopies have been constructed and the solar panels installed in place, our team is responsible for the civil construction services that will ultimately get the car parks operational.
With six of our staff on-site, our services for this project include:
- Trenching to accommodate 3-4 km of ducting
- Installation of 25 chamber boxes designed to pull cables
- Constructing substation bases
- Laying high voltage and low voltage cables
- Tarmacking around the site
