An expert team
Managing Director, Kevin Ashley, has worked within the construction industry for 25 years and established Ashley Groundworks in 2007. Since then, a large and experienced team has been formed. Our team of site managers/supervisors are all SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualified so you know your site is in safe hands. Ashley Groundworks’ long-term subs are CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) or CPSC (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) certified and are also trained in their relevant skill on the ground and in using the machinery required to carry out their daily tasks. Everyone works as a team at Ashley Groundworks and gives 100% to get the job done on time and in a safe manner.
Transparency in the business
We like to use outside consultants for the tendering and creation of the monthly valuations for our clients. This allows for a clear format, so costs are always up to date and the client is aware of finances from start to finish.
Kevin is very hands on in the business and likes to be onsite with the other members of the team, whether it be driving the excavator or laying the pipes; making for a good boss and business owner. Having this ethos, Kevin ensures he is always in the know instead of being on the outside looking in.
