Ashley Groundworks was awarded the project to complete groundworks for a development of flats up to DPC level, including completion of external finishes.
The project involved:
- Excavation of strip foundation
- Working in partnership with the bricklayer on the under build
- Supply and installation of the block and beam floor
- Laying drainage under the build, ready for other trades
- Bringing services into the site e.g. water, gas, electric
- completing external works such as carparks and landscaping
We completed the contract in the agreed time and on budget and have since been awarded further projects with the same client.
