Ashley Groundworks was awarded the groundworks and civil engineering work at the Cobham Services site, off of the M25.
Works to carry out include:
- Reduce level excavation
- Pile matt
- Pile attendance
- Ground beams
- Pad and beam foundation
- Holding down bolts
- Concrete reinforced floor slab
- Large diameter storm drain
- Large grease traps to serve the food court
- Paving
- Muck away
The works are ongoing and due for completion in the second quarter of 2019.
