Ashley Groundworks contract was to complete groundworks for a new kitchen. The school was increasing in size and the kitchen needed to increase capacity.
Our work involved the following:
- Strip foundations with holding down bolts for steel frame
- Concrete foundation with toe to the edge
- Foul and storm water drainage
- New services supply
- External works to soft and hard landscape
As this was a live school environment, the work had a number of time constraints concerning term times. All work was completed on time and within budget.
